If you work traditionally, the next step is to build a solid, even concrete foundation, first built by a cement masonry or terrazzo worker, and then embedded with a layer of sand on top. When you dig your house, there are no layers of sand or cement tiles until the actual terrozzo floor is laid, so you want it to match the existing floor level of the house.

Products Specification 

Terrazzo floors are also provided with a sealing compound when they are laid, making them waterproof, but manufacturers recommend installing a good vapour barrier when laying epoxy terrezzo on grade concrete slabs. Once properly sealed, it is resistant to water, stains and damage and can be used indoors and outdoors. It does not tear or lose shine like tiles or cracks over time like linoleum and unlike other tile materials it cannot chip and chip off and is resistant to most chemicals and harmful stains.  

Since Terrazzo tiles are made by mixing different elements, you can choose from almost any design and color of the tile you can dream of for your project, including a variety of different materials such as wood, stone, wood chips, glass, metal, copper, steel, stainless steel, to name just a few, which are included in almost all designs and colors of the tiles for each project. Professional Inspection
Before packing, our inspector will inspect all the goods' surface finish, thickness, edge finish whether meet customers' requirement, one piece by one piece. 
If the countertop need to be seam, we will also put the seamed tops together to make sure the color and the thickness in the same.

Packing and Loading about Terrazzo Tile

1) Slabs with wooden bundles;

2) Tiles and other cut to size products with wooden crates or pallet;

3) Pebble stones and stone chips should be packed with PVC or woven bags;

4) All the wooden packaging should be Treated and Marked in compliance with ISPM 15;

5) We can load 18-27tons of goods in one 20 feet container, the cargo weight depends on different countries raw;

6) We can ship the cargos by vessel, truck, train or airplane.

Generally, if quantity is less than 1x20ft container:

(1) slabs or cut tiles, it will take about 15-20days;

(2) Skirting,moulding, countertop and vanity tops will take about 20-25days;

(3) waterjet medallion will take about 25-30days;

(4)Column and pillars will take about 25-30days;

(5) stairs, fireplace, fountain and sculpture will take about 25-30days
